I think one would have to carefully walk the tightrope between two dangerous situtations:<br /><br />1. Giving the users just the basics of SV behavior--but then having them get hung up on all of SV's quirks re: connections, formatting, etc. They then get annoyed with SV and don't accept it.<br /><br />2. Giving the users detailed information about SV behavior, but overwhelming them and making them pine for the simplicity of the classic Add-in. They wind up annoyed with SV and don't accept it.<br /><br />Let's hope Gary and Sarah can help us find the balance!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
